DAY 83 – STRENGTH: LEGS AND GLUTES
Pyramid workout
You use the same exercise for the whole round, 30 on, 30 off, 45 on, 30 off etc. (as below) once you have gone through it all, you then move onto the next exercise. 1 minute rest between each round. 3kg or 4kg dumbells required for this workout.
